Where do I sign up for the new Milliplein program?

If you’re already a Milliplein member, you’ll be registered to the program automatically. No need to worry about receiving a new card. You can keep on using the card you have on hand to make the most of the new program advantages.

When you visit the new website for the first time, you’ll be asked to log in using your email address and Milliplein card number. Follow each step to complete your profile.

Will my old points lose value with the new program?

Absolutely not! We’ll adjust your point balance accordingly to make sure that you’re not losing out or being penalized by the new program.

My Milliplein account point balance has increased. Is this normal?

Yes, and there’s no need to worry. Your point balance has been increased to reflect the fuel value that was in effect when we transferred your account over to the new program.

How do I calculate the monetary value of my points in the new program?

In the old program, the value of the points differed in fonction of the fuel prices. To ensure a better stability and comprehension for our members, we have simplified the calculus. We have now attributed the value of 1$ per 1000 points.

To know the total value of your points, you have to divide your balance by 1000. For example:
1 000 points = 1 $
5 000 points = 5 $
25 500 points = 25,50 $

Is my old Milliplein card still valid?

Of course! Your card is still functional and will give you complete access to all of the new advantages. If your card is defective, do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at 1-844-228-1533. We’ll gladly send a new card your way, for free!

Earning Points

Where can I earn Milliplein points?

New program, same partners. You can still earn points when you make purchases at the following partner locations:

- EKO (Gas stations and convenience stores)
- Sprint convenience store (Sprint convenience stores are located in certain EKO stations)
- La Capitale General Insurance (Home and automobile insurance)
- F. Dufresne (Heating and oil)

How many points will I earn when I make EKO purchases?

Now, you can earn points from any EKO location!
- 10 points per litre of fuel
- 10 points per dollar purchased in-stores (before taxes)
Please note that certain products, such as tobacco products and gift cards, maybe excluded from the calculation.

How can I earn Milliplein points faster?

1- Make sure to save your email address to your account profile to receive promotional offers and exclusive bonuses.
2- You can use more than one card per household.
3- Before you renew your contract with La Capitale, ask about the annual Milliplein bonuses. You could earn up to 60 000 points in the first year, and 20 000 points the following years.
4- If you heat your home using oil or dual energy, you can earn points for every purchase made at F. Dufresne. Don’t forget to mention that you’re a Milliplein member.
5- Finally, be sure to shop at our partners!

Do I earn points for every item purchased at a partnering store?

You can earn points for most of your purchases made at our Milliplein partners. However, please note that some restrictions may apply. For instance, tobacco products, gift cards, bottle refunds, bus tickets, and other select products may be excluded from the program.

Redeeming Points

How and where can I redeem my Milliplein points?

You can redeem your Milliplein points at any time, from any EKO gas station or CANAC hardware store. Simply show your membership card and ask the cashier to redeem your Milliplein points towards your purchase so that you can enjoy a discount on your transaction.

Make sure that your registration has been completed via the website and that your account is currently active.

Is it still possible to cash my points in for fuel purchases made at an EKO gas station?

Absolutely! It’s always possible to redeem your Milliplein points towards your EKO gas station fuel purchases. You can cash your points in at the register to enjoy a discount on your total bill.

Can my Milliplein points expire?

No, Milliplein points do not have an expiration date. As long as your account is active, you will not lose any points. However, if your account is inactive for 24 consecutive months (no points earned or redeemed), it will be closed and your points will no longer be valid.

Simply click on the “Sign in” button in the top right-hand corner of the website and you’ll be redirected to the login page. Enter your email address and password in the designated textboxes, and click on “Sign in” to access your account.

How can I become a Milliplein member?

You can sign up to become a member by registering online via this page. Follow each step, confirm your registration, and we’ll mail the Milliplein membership card to you. If you received your Milliplein membership card in-stores, simply complete your registration online via this page and follow each step accordingly.

From now on, whenever you make purchases from our partners, be sure to present your card to earn points. Before you know it, you’ll be cashing those points in and enjoying plenty of discounts!

I lost my Milliplein card! How do I get a replacement card?

If you lost your Milliplein card, please alert us as soon as possible so that we can block access to your personal account. You can reach us online via our website, or contact our customer service team at 1-844-228-1533.

Please note that Milliplein is not responsible for any point transactions that occur on stolen cards that are undeclared. From the moment that your card has been declared stolen or lost, the balance will be protected and guaranteed

Can multiple cards be associated to the same account?

Certainly! With the Home Plan, members living in your household, can all benefit from the Milliplein advantages, all from one account. To request an additional card, simply go to the “My Card” tab located in the main menu of your account, then click on “Add Card”. Enter the first and last name of each member requesting a card, then click on “Submit” to finish up. Your requested card(s) will be send by mail.
