a. Information collected through our website

Through its websites EKO/Milliplein collects information about the pages visited on the sites, the URL addresses used on the sites, the type of browser used, and Internet Protocol addresses (IP addresses). Most of this data is collected by cookies or other analytical technology.

The pages on our websites use cookies and web beacons. The data collected through our websites is used to inform us about the use, performance, and effectiveness of our sites. This non-personalized information allows us to improve the content and use of our websites and collect information about our customers' browsing habits.

b. Cookies

A cookie is a small data file sent by a website to the browser you use to visit the site. Cookies are sent when you visit our sites, request or customize information, and when you register for certain services through our websites. Cookies are stored in your browser's cache. Cookies do not share any personal information with our websites. A distinction is generally made between “session” and “persistent” cookies.

“Session” cookies do not stay on your computer when you leave our sites or close your browser. The information collected allows us to analyze viewing habits for our websites. This allows us to improve the content of our websites, adapt them, and simplify their use.

“Persistent” cookies remain on your computer. They simplify personalization and registration services. In particular, cookies tell us what you have chosen to view when you visit our websites or allow us, if you have a customer profile, to recognize you when you visit our sites (although access to your customer profile requires your password). “Persistent” cookies can be manually deleted by the user.

Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you generally have the ability to decline cookies or limit your acceptance of them by changing your browser preferences. If you refuse them, please be aware that some features of our sites may not work and some pages may not display correctly. We invite you to consult your browser options for more details regarding the use and deactivation of cookies.
